As the New Year begins, most of us long for a fresh start in our lives. Countless numbers of individuals make resolutions about how the new year will bring great change, but the challenge comes when those resolutions fail. As Christians, we have the opportunity to make a new start each day—with the grace of Christ to help us when we fall short of our own expectations or His.
We have the opportunity to serve in multiple capacities, one of them being Media which is one of the many ministries in this Church. If you have been wondering what it would be like to minister to thousands of people outside the walls of the sanctuary but don’t have any broadcast knowledge, not to worry!
There I was standing on the curb outside of the airport waiting for my ride. Next to me was an older gentleman apparently doing the same thing. We struck up a friendly conversation. He told me that he had lost his son. He was 9 years old and had been in a car accident and died of complications related to that.
