Quick and Yummy Black Bean Recipe
1 can black beans drained of liquid and rinsed
2 small or 1 medium to large tomato chopped
1 small onion
1 tbsp nutritional yeast flakes
1 tsp basil
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp agave nectar or maple syrup
1/2 cup water
Simmer all ingredients together. Enjoy! (Note: For extra yum, sauté onions first)
